Dice on the Borderlands is a free community tabletop roleplaying game convention in Chepstow Castle over the weekend of Saturday 25th April 2026.

These pages should tell you all you need to know.

To book for the event if you're committed to coming, please register for the event using Warhorn event management (address to follow)

 

Attendance at the event is free of charge HOWEVER Cadw do charge for entry to Chepstow Castle.

Entry to the castle is free of charge if you are a member of Cadw, and is 50% off or free if you are a member of either English Heritage or Heritage Scotland.

Standard entry prices to the castle at at time of writing (20.1.25) are as follows, but may change from April 2025:

Adult £9.50

Family* £30.40

Disabled person and companion Free

Juniors (Aged 5-17) / Students £6.70

Seniors (Aged 65+) £8.80

*Admits 2 adults and up to 3 children

All children under 5 receive free entry

Blue Light Card holders receive 10% off admission (not available online)

 

Do I need to pre-book my entry ticket for Chepstow Castle?

You do not need to pre-book your ticket to enter Chepstow Castle, although English and Scottish Heritage Members may find benefits to doing so.  Check your own membership details for further information.
