Caldicot Castle sits in the south of the leafy county of Monmouthshire, just off the M4 on the Welsh side of the Severn Bridge. It has long been a source of inspiration for artists, re-enactors, living history groups, and was one of the locations for the 1980s ITV classic series Robin of Sherwood. In the 20 years of living in Caldicot, just a short walk from the castle, it of course has also been an inspiration for Cris' roleplaying campaigns.
Now, inspired by RPG convention organisers @theGROGNARDfile and @Asako_Soh from Twitter, in 2020 Bonhomie Games will bring a one day roleplaying convention to the Great Hall at the Castle.
Bonhomie Games was established in 2014 as the Home of Convivial Gaming, and so on Saturday 25th April 2020, the ConVivial RPG convention will take place at Caldicot Castle.
